but it is coming to a close. on the weekend, i took my "real" big camera with me to a city park and tried to capture some of the leftover beauty. this is only two days ago and i can tell how much has changed since then. most of the trees are bare. just a bit of yellow and brown and orange left.
beautiful, even the mud looks great, almost delicious :) we've still got (i think) at least a week or two of colorful leaves. i'll make sure to enjoy it while it lasts.

All of our color is gone from the storm. We are left with oak leaves that are brown. I miss the yellow and gold, red and orange!!!
