i squeezed in a small knitting project while working on my beach evening sweater (or dress? we'll see very soon!). i got this gorgeous yarn on sale, it's organic wool with 25% alpaca. it's so soft and was lovely to knit with. every time a little bit of yellow slid across my finger and onto the knitting needles it made me so happy. perfect combination with the fresh green, too! it's a hat that will keep me warm for the remaining weeks of winter, and it's colours remind me that it's not too long until we will have some more yellow and green outside!

I cannot use DPNs to save my life. I'm a circular needle kinda girl. Your hat looks great though. Love the yarn!
bei mir ist der häckelwahn ausgebrochen. hab' mir aus 2 platzsets - kann die dinger am tisch überhaupt nicht leider- eine tasche genäht. doch nicht herkömmlich genäht, sondern zusammengehäckelt. und mit häckelblumen verziert. wenn alles fertig ist zeig ich sie euch mal.
