this season on my balcony, i am...
° happy about thriving edible greens that started as seeds in my hand
° amazed by little flowers growing from grass, that without my planning, survived the winter with snow and temperatures of -15°C/ 5°F
° inspired by things that just grow and grow without having been planted or sowed by any human, and look so pretty i won't tear them out!
° just delighted about all the fresh green emerging!

What a stunning photo collection of your spring sprouts! I share your sentiments, precisely! It really makes me so happy to look through the patio door and watch it all progress! :)
What a lovely garden you are growing! I love surprise plants, little miracle that catch you off guard when you spy them. Last year we had a corn stalk growing in the strawberry patch and I loved it!
I would be delighted with all that green as well. Spring is in full burst here and I am enjoying the freshness of it all :)
What beautiful pictures and a great idea for a post! We've had 9 straight days of rain here so hopefully soon we'll be awash in green outside so I can photograph it!
Love the bright green tips on the fir tree. It's greening up in New Hampshire as well, with all the rain. Looking forward to a little sunshine!
Those greens look amazing, and I really love the soft blue around the focal point of the last photo!
No matter where we are, spring is just a most beautiful season. Love your balcony garden.
