my current craft and gardening projects

this little bunny pendant you see here was a custom order we just sold in our artsy ants etsy shop. since i had not created a wire bunny before i welcomed the challenge. i also made a cat face a few days ago, it's the one in the second photo. currently i'm working on a wire jelly fish – it was my hubby's idea for me to make one. but since it's not finished i haven't taken a photo of it yet.

on a different note, i wanted to show you one of the plants i'm proudest of at the moment. i've had it the longest yet among all the other plants i've tried to keep alive, i believe it's the third summer this year.
the cool thing about this plant (one of its names being "ice plant") is that you can break a piece off, stick it in the ground, and it'll make a new plant! (i'm sure there is a professional term for that process which i'm ignorant of.) i already have four pots of this plant now. it started with only one but now i'm hooked at breaking off more and more! with a success rate like that i started planning on creating a whole area for them in the ground so they can have their very own space in the yard. we'd need to put in a mini retaining wall around it first though since when it rains heavily a creek starts forming in that area. i'm excited about this project, i hope it works out!

do you have crafts or gardening projects going on or in planning?

the rabbit turned out really cute!

the nasturtium on our balcony started blooming, which i'm very pleased about. also, our parsley is doing quite well... we got some strawberries from mama but i'm not sure if they like the wind on the front balcony...
