we're back home from a wonderful week spent on a farm at the north sea. it was the perfect kind of vacation for our little family: lots and lots of open space, walks to the beach, animals to feed and play with, fresh air, fresh farm produce... i couldn't have asked for more. it was the best last vacation as a family of 3 we could have imagined.
and yes, there was quiet time as well, spent in a comfy armchair, overlooking the fields, the needles clicking away... i will share my finished projects within the next days, so stay tuned!
have a good start to the week!

That looks like a wonderful place to relax and knit. So glad you had a great time.
What beautiful pictures!!! I love your coffee (or tea!) mug in the last photo too!
Glad you had a great vacation!! Lovely knitting you have on the needles, can't wait to see what is what!
I'm happy you had such a good time!
Looking forward to seeing your projects. And I wouldn't mind some more pictures and movies emailed to me either :)
Hi Sylvia, just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is and also to let you know that I am now following you. Please drop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

Sounds wonderful! So the grass near the sea is not too salty for the sheep?
Blue & white ceramics are my favourite :- )
