new favourite cups

how many cups do you actually need? we have lots and lots of cups! nice for big tea parties, hee hee. as a matter of fact, i have started sorting our cups to keep only those that are pretty and that i really really love. this way, i even have some room in case i find something beautiful (which can happen so quickly with online window shopping...) these cups are my new favourite ones. our friend anja gave them to me a few weeks ago. i love the polka dots and stripes and little birdies! as you can see, they are all i need for now, i'm always happy when i take them out of the dishwasher knowing they are ready for the next tea or coffee of the day :)

i'm sitting here at the computer and to the right of me my cup of coffee. it's in my new favorite cup since my last favorite cup's handle broke again.

Cute, light hearted post. My favorite mug is a snowman (purchased from Lang, gift from Mom). He's so cute and he makes me smile everytime I look at it so as I look out at my pool in 90 degree weather and drinking my morning tea, I will be holding my snowman mug!

Where did you get those adorable cups? Where oh where?

I love the idea of only keeping beautiful mugs. I must say we have many so-so looking, okay, ugly mugs. I think this needs to be my new quest! A new mug a month, pitch one of the old ones, or something like that!

hey elle marie, these cups are from tee maass (www.tee-maass.de), a german company supplying teashops. maybe you can get something similar in a local teashop??
