making memories

wow, these last 10 days just flew by. what a flurry of visiting places, catching up, shopping, hanging out, moments of just being with each other, having glühwein (mulled wine), watching cute and funny little people (our kids) form a relationship of it's very own and special kind... and so many beautiful memories tucked safe into heart and mind made on the way.

it's weird when something you have so long anticipated is over before you know it, and it leaves you in this moment where you feel like you have to catch your breath, and you need a couple of days to settle back into reality. that must be so much more so for danielle and sienna after returning home from their amazing trip.

I am so glad you had this visit with your friend and hopefully it won't be too long before you can visit each other again.

Can't wait to see more of the pictures you took together, especially the new family pics :)

The time really did fly by, I love just hanging out and being together. Not even needing to say much.

Am definitely now in a strange in-between state emotionally! I felt so sad in Hamburg airport, all checked in and officially leaving. But so happy to be with all my people here at home. Feelings are all over the place really. I'm looking forward to working on your family pics!

*hugs*
