after our vacation at the beach (which is already quite a number weeks ago – i think that alone entitles me to another vacation, what do you think?) i scribbled in my sketch book and made these little jelly fish drawings.
when my hubby saw these drawings laying beside me on the table while i was making some wire art he thought i was going to make a wire jelly fish and said it was a great idea. well, while it's always flattering to hear somebody thinks i have a good idea, i honestly did not have the intention of making a wire jelly fish at that time. and that was purely because i just didn't come up with that thought myself. i love when he completes an idea i have, providing the missing link in my creative process. and he was right, making a wire jelly fish would be fun, a welcome new challenge.
so here it is, my little jelly fish pendant that i finished last week (available in the shop). the white beads that represent the suction cups are not very visible on this photo, i might have to take another picture of the pendant on a darker background. i do think this little guys is sort of cute, isn't he? i'm glad my hubby helped me come up with making it!
