new illustration: she loves to read

i finished my illustration that i had sketched about two weeks ago. in case you missed it, you can see the initial scribble here. when i get around doing it i'll have some prints made of it, i think it would make a cute girl's room or reading corner artwork.

so this is for you, sylvia, and also all other bookworms out there:

i can imagine using this drawing for bookmarks too, what do you think?
also, i wonder if i should make different looking girls and also boys that "love to read".  somehow i think that would be fun!

I love this drawing Simona! I think it would make a great applique/embroidery pattern too..I can just picture it up on a wall, in an embroidery hoop, amongst other framed fabrics and embroidery.

How cute! When I first saw that reading girl, she looked Japanese to me. Is she?
Yes, bookmarks with little girls (and boys?) from different parts of the world would be lovely, I think.
Can we put in orders already ;)?

Wow... this is wonderful. Anything with children and books grabs my attention! I love how her little feet are resting on the next book down. Like little steps. Great drawing.. you are very talented!

This is beautiful. And yes, it would be a good print for a girl's bedroom, or for notecards / postcards.

She is really cute, and since my penfriend is such a bookworm, I'd suggest making bookmarks would be absolutely geeat. I'd need at least 5 myself. So you'd better get going, ha, ha!!!
