yarn along :: my finished Louise cardigan

so, as i promised last week, here are some photos of my finished Louise cardigan! it was a lovely, quick knit. you can find all details on my ravelry project page. the main mods that i made was making the sleeves and the whole cardi a little longer. i really prefer that, especially making the body longer, because I will be wearing this kind of cardi in order to feel warm! i got the buttons from the lovely etsy shop katrinkles.

currently, i am still knitting the age of brass and steam scarf for my sister and am still reading Crocodile on a Sandbank, what a surprise! :) joining ginny's yarn along. what are you knitting and reading?

Love the cardi - I have been looking for something like that for some yarn that I am currently spinning. I agree about the length too, cardis are for snuggling in not chilling the kidneys! I have the Age of Brass and Steam pattern but have not yet tried it so I will search your blog to see if you have any pictures of your progress.
