staying warm

i love to knit. it calms me down and brings me peace of mind. but i'm a very slow knitter. and even the simplet of patterns gives me a headache. that's why i'm more than grateful to have so many talented knitters in my family and circle of friends. as the temperatures drop i love putting woolen handknits on my little boy. these socks were made (together with at least 7 other pairs in various sizes) by a friend who lives in paraguay. and my mum made this cute sweater. last winter we put it on already instead of a jacket to keep him warm. and it still fits this winter! i love how the socks and sweater coincidentally match :)

And I never saw the sweater yet. Beautiful work!
